「拒絕」這件事，不見得一定得劍拔弩張，我雖然客客氣氣，但是態度很堅定。堅定的態度，來自於醫療品質本身。如果醫療的部份搞得亂七八糟，當然就必須對病人的要求妥協，甚至會被予取予求。
